Sophia initially did a good job and put together some good packages. However, when I was ready to make a decision, I send her an email and left her 2 voicemails so I could discuss the options and make a decision. I did not hear from her for 3 days and counting. I ended up going with a different agent.

Sophia "ROCKS" she called me the next morning at 930am on the 4th of July to talk about my plans, explaned what she could offer and how much she charges.. I was blown away, $25.00, I have used travel agents in the past and there services were a hundred or more so I was pleased and we started the procedure of me having fun in the Dominican Republic. I had already picked a resort so the itinary she suggested wouldn't work but she was fine with that, she contacted the resort and tried to set up details but after her conversation she informed me it might be a scam, she will check it out with a US Marshal?? I have talked with her many times on the phone and she seems very willing to help with your plans but she can take a little longer than expected to get back in touch with you, she is very busy!!
