Connie is very knowledgable about the African Safari's, Best time to visit, Temperatures, Arrangements for Travel and Lodging even Tent Camps. Connie gave us more information in her initial e-mail than any other 3 agents put together.
She was pleasantly charming and understanding, thoughtful about my health problems and offered many alternative suggestions.

Our trip was fabulous. We loved Phinda. Loved Exeter even more. Had amazing game drives there. All transfers were pretty much painless, which was great. Table Bay was very nice. Wonderful breakfasts. And we loved having the Mercedes outside each night to whisk us off to the restaurants. We ate at some of the city's best restaurants, spent two full days in the winelands, and climbed table mountain on our anniversary. The last couple days could have had better weather, and we were unable to make it out to Robben Island because of it, but we still made the most of our time there. Overall A+ on this vacation!

About Me:
I have been a travel agent for 15 years, always specializing in Africa. To this day, Africa is truly the place of my heart and I return at least once a year to site inspect hotels, camps, lodges, game reserves, guides, accommodations and food. I pride myself on my integrity in business and my first hand knowledge of Africa. Africa is a vast continent that requires someone who has been there many times to know where is most desirable at what time of year. I am a speaker or panelist at conventions when the topic is Agent Specialization or Africa. I also write day by day journals of each safari, so let me know the country you are interested in and I will email you my journal of that destination.
Customers plan their safari with me because I am an ICTA (Institute of Certified Travel Agents) Africa specialist as well as being certified as a specialist by the South African Tourist Board and the Kenya Tourist Board. However, my real expertise is that I have been to Africa more than 20 times, always with an eye to what would most please my clients. I have been many times to South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya, Tanzania and Morocco. My clients tell me they will measure their travel experiences for the rest of their lives, by their African safari. They consider it the high water mark of their travels.
