UpperCrustTravel.com / BAwayCruises.com, part of the LeisureFare family of travel companies, is the brainchild of Devin Fleming, Michael Martin and Chris Unstead. Proudly boasting over 50 combined years in the vacation industry, our management team is comprised of uniquely seasoned travel professionals - a former cruise director, hotel director, a cruise line consultant, land tour & safari guides … so when we say we have been there, seen it, done it, we mean that literally!
For almost 30 of those 50 years our team actually lived onboard cruise ships, worked at resorts and in popular destinations in Europe, Africa and Southeast Asia as well as many other vacation locations far and wide. Our in-depth knowledge of how cruises, land tours and most styles of vacations work, combined with our first-hand experience in having personally escorted guests to most major ports of call in all parts of the world provide us unique qualifications as experts when it comes to recommending particular itineraries or vacation options for our clients.
