About Me:
After living in Sweden as a Rotary Exchange student in 1977 - I caught the Travel Bug! I have a degree is Psychology (in mothballs) because I became a travel agent in 1990 and can't imagine doing anything else! I enjoy the challenge of helping my clients create travel experiences that suit their personalities, budgets. I like to know my client's 'bucket list' and then have fun helping line up great trips that fit the phases of their lives. I enjoy serving clients in all economic levels; as each offers unique challenges and are fullfilling when we succeed in arranging the perfect trip for them! I love the feedback I receive when my suggestions were right on target! My goal is to never hear a client say 'now that I know XYZ if I ever go back again I would do it differently'. If that happens I have failed to do my job well. Fortunately with the resources I have available to me today and the contacts I've made over the years.....I get 99% positive feedback regardless of the destination visited! I like to work with positive thinkers and enjoy a challenge. I do charge service fees typical in my industry but I am paid by salary and my goal is never to get people to spend more than they can afford or wish to. My goal it is have them feel they received more help from me than they knew they could expect and that my help really paid off on how they planned or enjoyed their trip. I also love to help married couples 'add surprizes' to their travel and have lots of little interesting things I suggest depending on the destination. I have friends all over the world now and I can often ask them to VIP my clients if they visting one of those hotels. I've been to over 40 countries and have lots of ideas to share!
