I was very pleased with Teresa's volunary information about Maui. we have been there before but she added to our former experience. I especially like her phone etiquette and follow/up. She was able to get us the exact type of condo we needed. she suggested reserving a car for us and saved us a tremendous about of worry about added reservations. When i was first contacted by teresa my wife was in Afghanistan and we didn't know the exact dates we would go. She had no problem giving us a quote then changing our plans over and over. no matter how many time we changed something she was always happy to help and get the best deals. We had the best time and did not have to worry about a thing when we were there every thing was planned out perfectly. Teresa is highly recommended by us to our family and anyone looking for a great vacation.

For anyone planning a trip to Italy I highly recommend Teresa. She was fantastic! She had just been to Italy so she had very current knowledge of the country, was very quick to get back to me about our developing itinerary and went to the trouble of thinking through every ticket, connection, and hotel stay that we needed for our entire trip (she even organized to get a driver to pick us up from the train station to our hotel so that we wouldn't have to struggle with our 8 month old). We ended up having to cancel our trip but wouldn't hesitate to contact her again when we finally make our trip.
