I have been a travel agent for the past 30 years in the Milwaukee,
Wisconsin area and was an agency owner for 12 of those years.

I have been a CTC (Certified Travel Counselor) since 1983 and hold life membership in Travel Institute.

I have been a ScotsMaster (a desigination from the Scottish Tourist Board) since 1986. In 1995, I was one of 5 U.S. travel agents invited by the Scottish Toiurist Board to meet HRH PRince Charles aboard the royal yacht, Britannia.
