I wanted to take this opportunity to provide feedback on Niall Leogue’s service at Caddy Tours. Niall provided valuable information to us in planning our trip. His experience both living in Ireland and visiting as a tourist allowed him to provide tremendous insight into the challenges of a self-catered tour. Not only did he arrange our flights, rental vehicle and lodging, he was also able to recommend family friendly restaurants that he had personally experienced. He called me several times to discuss our trip and gave us walking directions using landmarks that only a person who had been there would know. I would highly recommend Niall to anyone planning a trip to Ireland.

I would like to commend you for being associated with Caddie Online Tours! I have never used a “travel agent” before as I usually do all the arrangements myself, but when I decided to surprise my wife with an overseas trip for her birthday, I wanted the best advice and insight that I could possibly get to make a tremendous of glorious memories for her. I have been very fortunate to travel the world, but never had I experienced a trip like this. Everything was well planned by our agent, from the time we landed to the time we departed for home. Our agent kept in constant communication with our beautiful B&Bs to insure our accommodations would be ready for our arrival. He took the time to recommend sites that are a “most see;” ones you don’t see in Formmers. I could go on and on about the wonderful work our agent put into our trip but I don’t think there’s enough room. I have already recommended him to friends looking to take a trip to Europe.

Niall got in touch with me right away emailed and then called and spoke with me. Very professional and pleasant. We have to wait a couple of months to get prices for March of 2009 however Niall said he would call back in a few months to start the process.l. I was very impressed with him and look forward to working with him. Thank you. Just to let you know I only received one other email and they said that I would have to get back with them when they have prices for me. Not at all impressed with them can't even tell you their names because I deleted the email as soon as I read it.

Niall: Is extremely knowledgeable about the area I am traveling to and is quite accommodating in setting up my travel to my taste vs just treating me like a tourist on another tour.
