My fiance and I had no idea what we were going to do for our honeymoon. Sandi helped us find the perfect place with everything we are looking for. We just booked thru her for our trip in Feb and we couldn't be happier. She got us the room we wanted (which was the last available) as well as a early flight like we wanted at a great price. We are very pleased to know that she will be availabe during our trip if we need anything. She is very quick to reply, even late at night! She was very patient with us and was more then willing to respond to all of my 30 or so emails. I would recommend her to anyone and plan on using her in the future.

Ms Mckenzie Was Very Thorough and Very Prompt! She Went Over and Beyond and Really Helped me Make The Best Decision. I Even Referred My Best Friend To Her and Two Days Later They Booked Their Honeymoon To Mexico With Her. I never worked with a travel agent before and it was very pleasant. She told me that she didn't charge a fee because she gets her payment from the various vendors she works with. With that said, we had several e-mails back and forth because I wanted to ask about several options for hotels and flights and throughout it all Sandi was VERY helpful and patient with me. I would go back to her in a second and will be referring my friends to her as well.

I was questionable about using a travel agent for my trip to Hawaii but I did and it was the greatest move I've ever made. Sandi was more than helpful. Sandi rocks! I am admittedly a demanding traveler and don't consider an itinerary finalized until I am back at home. Aside from Sandi putting up with multiple pre-trip adjustments, she accommodated all of our "on-the-fly" modifications with ease. Take it from someone who has traditionally booked their own travel, Sandi is like having a Swiss Army Knife among fellow ill-equipped travelers.

She seemed to really want my business but she is not pushy. She found better deals than the other travel agent I spoke with and she took multiple credit cards and only required a deposit. We have not yet booked with her but as soon as our plans are confirmed we more than likely will use her.
