About Me:

Travel is a fascinating, exciting subject that I am passionate about. I love to think about travel, study travel, plan travel, but most of all, I love to travel!
I have been a travel agent for less than two years, but have, during that time, become a student of travel. I have graduated from the Princess Cruise Line Academy with a ranking of Commodore. Business & First Class Travel Specialist, U.S. Airways Vacations Specialist, Puerto Vallarta Specialist, and Spa Specialist are all designations that I have earned. Currently, I am enrolled in the Disney College of Learning and am working to earn my “ears.” I have also completed seven courses about travel written and presented by travel expert, Marc Mancini. I am committed to continue my pursuit of travel knowledge in order to best serve my clients.

As I raised my five children alone, there was little time or money for travel. Now, as my husband and I watch our seven grandchildren grow up, we desire to introduce them to the world and to cultures they would otherwise never come in contact with. My husband and I are excited to travel, re-visit places we’ve already seen, and through travel, help others experience the world.

As I plan a trip, my primary goal is an itinerary based on fulfilling my client’s needs, desires, and guidelines. I will explore options with my client so they are aware of all the possibilities their destination has to offer. Designing such a trip requires organizational skills, attention to detail, communication and listening skills, and a thorough follow up. These are skills that I have developed and refined during my years of advanced schooling and my traditional career.

Every client is my customer. I will focus on serving each client as if they were my ONLY customer. My ultimate goal for every trip I plan is for the client to come home refreshed, relaxed, and satisfied with every aspect of their travel.
