Uniquely exceptional! Our 2 week customized trip to France was brilliantly planned: with custom tours, exceptional guides, unique activities, attendance at terrific local events, excellent accomadations, inspired dining experiences, and continuous support/followup from Jeni while we were in France; allowing us to best optimize our daily schedule to accomadate unexpected weather and visiting friends from Paris. This is all the more impressive in the context that Jeni built the entire trip so that it stayed within our budget. My family loves to travel, and Jeni is in the top 1% of all customized subspecialty travel agencies we have ever used. We strongly recommend Jenis’s services without reservation. When the secret of Red Balloon-Travel gets out, Jeni will likely not be available to most. We believe she is that uniquely exceptional. Bon voyage!

Jeni lives in SE France, and was able to find accommodations and activities we likely never would have found ourselves. We loved our trip, the security of knowing she was no more than a couple of hours away if something went horribly wrong, and the flexibility to change our plans as needed. We absolutely loved our trip and would recommend Jeni to anyone considering a trip to SE France. (And we recommend a trip to SE France, emphatically!)
