Lance Clark is a great agent. He immediately contacted me via phone and email offering the best rates for my vacation. When I expressed my concerns with booking my trip through an agent that is not local and about using the "ART" transportation system, he comforted me by describing his first hand experiances with using "ART" and got me the best price into the park.

There has been some trouble finding his web site, and some trouble accessing it as well. It has been resolved. I am concerned about his legitmacy and so on, but, from what can I tell, he seems like a decent guy and has been responsive and helpful.
