About Me:
Hi, my name is Shannon Maloney and I am the owner of My Travel Palace. I have over 10 years of experience in the Travel & Hospitality industry starting out as a Gate Agent for United Airlines in 2000 and ending my airline career as a Flight Attendant for JetBlue Airways in 2007. Since 2007, when I also started my online travel agency, I have been employed at the Five-Star rated Ritz-Carlton, Naples Beach Resort in the Meetings & Special Events Department and am currently a supervisor at their amazing spa. So do I know a few things about travel? You bet! Even though my travel agency operates online, I also provide personal booking, as well! I have always thought outside the box for my customers in order to get the best value for their dollar and their time. The services I provide goes above and beyond my customers' expectations because I keep them up to date with travel advisories and packing tips to help save on baggage fees, just to name a couple of examples. My specialties are Honeymoons and Disney, and sometimes they are even combined!
