I travel a lot, mostly for conferences and often for fun. I hadn't even considered using a travel agent, prior to this trip, and if my experience with Dan is an indicator of what it's like to work with a professional, I don't know if I'll ever go back to booking my own travel! Dan was the only agent of three who contacted me, and he was in touch the same day I inquired. He was thorough and patient as I worked through my options and what I was looking for. He gave me honest information about what I could and couldn't expect and in the end, even with the option of using a time share, I decided to go with Dan. His deals were great, his information was fantastic, his follow up was impressive (both for it's consistently and it's no-pressure approach), his response time incredible and his thoroughness was something that is hard to find these days. I will absolutely use Dan again in the future and I have already referred him to other people I know. I am, already, a Dan-fan!

Mr.Shea was very professional and provided us with all we needed for a perfect vacation to celebrate our 25th anniversary. I am very pleased with his expedient response and helpfulness.
