Brad was an excellent agent and extremely knowledgeable. Not only was he well informed on flight information and cheap and comfortable ways to travel, but he also was well versed on the visa requirements of the country I was going to. He was able to provide me with a working holiday program with Australia for USA applicants that I had never even heard of before. He was able to provide information with a new airline called V Australia. And he offered to work with me in the future in finding flights after I secure my working holiday visa in Australia. He was certainly an outstanding agent and I would recommend him to anyone. He's a friendly, well versed person, who knows what he's talking about. :D

Brad is amazing. I searched the internet for days trying to set up a complicated itinerary to Europe, and communicated with three travel agents. I found trying to do this alone to be impossible. And of the travel agents, Brad was the only one who put in the time necessary to really research this out to find me the best flight legs. He really got into it late one night, I could tell he enjoys the challenge. Plus he is simply a delight to work with, sent very nice emails and was fun to speak with on the phone.
