About Me:
After studying Tourism as a business and receiving a Bachelor's Degree from Arizona State University, I worked in the software industry doing installations, customer support and training. After 20 years of planning travel and vacations for my own family and friends, I decided on a home-based travel business to use my talents, and have spent the last year training in the specifics of this field.
As a Cruise Planners/American Express Travel Advisor, I am a travel expert, and among the select few who have the ability to use your cardmember benefits towards your dream vacation.
My destination specialties include California, Arizona, Utah (canyonlands), Hawaii, Western Europe, New Zealand, and the very special little island of Curaςao. My preferred big-ship cruise lines are Regent Seven Seas, Celebrity, and Norwegian, but my overall favorite cruises are River Cruises: Uniworld, AMA Waterways, Avalon and Viking.
I believe customer service is an art worth perfecting, yet I seldom see it done well. In addition to my travel industry expertise, excellent customer service is my forte.
