Michele was very professional and quick to get back to me. She worked with me every step of the way so far and I feel very comfortable using her to plan my trip. Although we won't be planning the trip for a little while she is still in my email and we will be updating each other on information. I liked the fact that Michle Bouchard gets back to me as soon as i send her a message by e-mail or when I call she gets right back to me and the times that I have called and she answered she made time to talk it didnt matteer what she was doing. All my ?s were answered right away. This is the first time I have ever had a travle agent do a trip for me and my family and we realy like how the service is. I coild be more pleased. So to whom ever it concerns my name is Nancy Cook and I will in the future will be planning all my trips with this travle angency and Im hoping I could keep Machele Bouchard.
