About Me:
I have had 25 years in the travel business. I am certified as Master Cruise Counselor from the Cruise Line International Association, a Scots specialist with the Scottish Tourist Board, a Spa Specialist through Travel Agent University, and a Certified Travel Counselor. Currently I am a work-from-home travel counselor under Provident Travel in Cincinnati, a company with a long and prestigious record for quality customer service and charter member of VIRTUOSO, an exclusive consortium serving the luxury travel market.
Over the years I've traveled widely and I've found my own experiences invaluable in helping my clients create their own unique and memorable vacations. Some of my own favorite destinations include France, Scotland, Ireland, Costa Rica, and Peru. That is only a sample, though, of the extent of my travels.
Past clients often refer friends and family to me based on their own satisfaction. That means a great deal to me because I see it as a measure of how well I've matched expectations with the reality of the experience. Customizing trips to more than go beyond meeting individual expectations drives me. I feel that no one should settle for a cookie-cutter trip.
