My wife and I had the most amazing trip to Italy and it is all thanks to the diligent and insightful planning of Joyce Cole. Our trip spanned 13 days and consisted of stops in Tuscany, Capri, Amalfi Coast, and Rome. Joyce worked seamlessly between the emails and phone calls from both my wife and I. The greatest thing about Joyce is that she doesn’t plan the vacation for you; rather, she guides you to the best possible choices. She first gets a sense of what you’re looking for in the vacation, such as, wine, relaxation, balcony in Capri, but not in Tuscany, ect. With that information she comes back with three or four options for accommodations; all of which have been contacted beforehand to ensure access. I think of her as the greatest google search engine, who, also books rooms, barters deals, plans travel logistics, and provides recommendations for food and activities. Before the start of our trip she sent us a large package with itineraries, maps, interesting articles about the places we were going, and train tickets. It was an extremely detailed package that contained everything we needed to get around, as well as helpful guides about what to see and do. Joyce loves her job. Her passion and enthusiasm shine through every time you speak or email with her. In the future I will not plan a trip without Joyce and you shouldn’t either.

Joyce was fantastic. We emailed her on a weekly basis for a few months leading up to our trip. She was very knowledgeable in all things Italy. She gave us tips and recommendations as well as follow up emails when we got back. I would highly suggest her to anyone wanting to experience Itlay!
