Jon has been truly amazing!! I put in the request on Tripology.com on Monday (Memorial Day) and did not expect a response on the holiday, however, a few short hours later I received not only a response from Jon on the website but also a personal email with a possible itinerary. It is now Thursday and the trip is planned and done!! I can't believe how easy he has been to work with. I am a bit of a worrier and every email I have sent him he has responded to in a matter of minutes! Not only is he so detailed with the options of travel information he is extremely customer service oriented and patient. He provided with choices that many others do not and also given information that i now do not have to research on my own. It is hard to find someone who goes the full lenght like Jon has and I am pleased with who I am working with more than anyone else ever. He is the best! I am probably going to pick one of the selections he offered me for my honeymoon because of the excellence in service he has given to me and my fiance.

Jon is really great to work with. From the first email I sent, he was very prompt and friendly in his responses and eager to help me. I felt like Jon really cared about our vacation wishes. He took the time to figure out the best destination for us, which turned out to be different than what we originally were thinking. He could have sent us to the Caribbean, booking us on redeye flights and in large all-inclusive resorts. But instead he found a small intimate paradise we could easily fly to. We were very happy with his choice and feel he is very committed to satisfying his customers. He went the extra mile to completely satisfy all of our concerns. We will definitely use his services again.
