TOEUROPE was established in 2001. Whereas the company first concentrated on packaging tours as a contractor for established tour operators in North America and Asia, since 2007 TOEUROPE is selling tours online directly to interested guests from all over the world. TOEUROPE is an associate of the Romantic Road Tourist-Association (Dinkelsbühl) and a co-operation partner of TSS Touristik Service System (Dresden). It is official partner of diverse tourism associations such as the German Fairy-tale Route Tourist-Association (Kassel), the Castle Road Tourist Association (Heilbronn) and the Tourist-Association Historic Highlights of Germany (Heidelberg). TOEUROPE helps to inform visitors from overseas in close cooperation with the German National Tourist Board (Deutsche Zentrale für Tourismus, Frankfurt).

Founder and Managing Partner of TOEUROPE is Thomas Giesick. Mr. Giesick looks back at almost 20 years of experience in the tourism industry. After he completed his degree in business administration (Transportation Science & Technology) he worked in diverse positions such as Passenger Service Agent, Vice President Finance & Operations, Managing Director and Chairman of the board. He was engaged by airlines like Delta Air Lines, Inc. (Atlanta), logistic companies like Deutscher Auto Dienst GmbH, Hamburg and transportation companies and tour operators like Deutsche Touring GmbH, Frankfurt. In addition to his position as a Managing Director of TOEUROPE Thomas Giesick is a member of the executive committee of SKÅL International Frankfurt, chapter of the largest Association of Travel and Tourism Professionals worldwide. He is a member of the tourism committee of the Chamber of Commerce in Frankfurt. In 2006 Thomas was appointed for the legislative period of five years as a Lay Judge to the Finance Court by the Parliament of the state of Hesse. He holds the approval by §7 Berufszugangsverordnung für den Straßenverkehr (German road traffic regulations) to operate an international transportation company.
