very helpful; listened to our needs/wants/restrictions and helped us plan a trip that was enjoyable and affordable - she never tried to "encourage" us to spend more than we wanted to, but quickly helped us find the best options in our price range, got all of our train tickets and seat reservations arranged; lined up walking tours where we wanted them; arranged our flights and helped us coordinate them with our son's school trip itinerary; got us tickets to two fabulous concerts and gave us options all along the way (2-3 hotels to choose from; 3-4 concerts in a city; 2-3 walking tour options; different flight/train times). We felt totally comfortable with her, and would definitely use her again. She travels in Europe and is familiar with the areas, does her research and provided excellent services - all for $50 per person - a bargain at twice the price.
