Graig has been GREAT to work with. I have never worked with a travel agent before, so being my first experience with one, he was awesome!! Graig is friendly and extremely knowledgeable about both my destinations (San Diego & Orlando). He has helped me plan two vacations for 2008. He is patient with all my questions I have had. He is timely at responding to my e-mails and is easy to contact by phone, as well. i would recommend Graig to anyone looking for a travel agent to help them plan their next vacation.

Graig sent me an e-mail within 30 minutes of my request, in the first e-mail he listed three resort of which he thought we would like according to what we wrote on the request, those three resorts were the exact ones we had been thinking about, he is very helpful and he e-mails me back right away always.
