I found Kenneth Ross to take a very responsible concern as to my needs, and is actively striving to provide arrangements to fit my budget. I trust his expertise in his field. He is very polite and has a great personality. I am very comforable dealing with him. I also gave his name and phone number to some of my friends as well. My passion for travel began at a young age after taking my first flight and a cruise up the Caribbean Chain of islands. When I began my working life, I saved my money and I've traveled quite a lot. Traveling is an education in itself and my friends would ask me to plan a trip for them after hearing me tell them of my many travels to places they were also interested in visiting. This started my travel planning for other people, which I've enjoyed doing. I have been planning travel for 10 years and own my agency for the past 4 years.
I am a Carnival, Costa, Princess and Crystal Cruises Cruise Line Specialist, Certified Niche Cruise Specialist, Israel, Japan, Macau, and Trinidad & Tobago Destination Specialist, and have a wealth of resources to help you get the best value and expertise for your vacation experience.
I'm currently enrolled in the Cunard and Holland America Cruise Specialist programs.
Travel training is a very important part of being a travel professional as many travel suppliers constantly upgrade or change features of their product to enhance the vacation needs and experiences of their guests. Cruise ships are now very large floating resorts with lots of venues aboard to keep thousands of vacationers, from young kids to adults happy from 3 days to a few months.
