About Me:
As a travel agent with over 36 years experience in the travel and tourism business operating both in the United kingdom and the United States I have developed considerable expertise in creating, organizing and operating travel adventures for groups of two to 2,000.
My particular specialism is in the development of tailor-made tours and trips to suit individual needs and wishes to Europe, Africa and Australia to suit every budget. Over the years I have developed a wide range of contacts with local expert guides and service providers so that my clients know they will be in safe and knowledgeable hands no matter how far their travels take them.
As well as organizing trips for individuals and small parties I also regularly arrange escorted group tours to various destinations leaving regularly throughout the year for those who prefer to travel in a group environment with the on-hand expertise and experience of a seasoned travel guide throughout the duration of their trip. Recent and upcoming trips include Italy, the Greek Islands, Turkey and the United Kingdom.
If leisure travel is not your objective then my experience in organizing and running conference and other associated travel is second to none and I have developed awareness of the requirements necessary for efficient and organized business travel, conference set-up and transportation with clients including Rotary International and The International Chamber of Commerce.
My background in the United Kingdom has given me considerable knowledge and experience of England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Isle of Man and I have been personally nominated as the Isle of Man’s travel operator of choice in the United States.
Trains and train journeys are a particular passion of mine and I am an accredited Rail Europe and Britrail tour operator with experience in organizing trips on everything from the vintage steam trains of England, Eurostar and European inter-railing, the blue Train in South Africa and the Venice Simplon Orient Express.
In short, I am confident that I would be able to offer bespoke and expert service to fit in with your individual or group’s travel needs whether your destination is local or international.
