Tom was fabulous! I was in a hurry to get a last minute flight out of town for an interview, and I had looked on Expedia and other sites. Not only was Tom able to get me almost 1/2 off the other sites, I was able to make it with only one stop over instead of 3. Tom made every effort- including getting up at midnight to change a flight the next morning at 7:35a.m. to the following day. I just got back and the airlines were great! No waiting and no rushing, just perfect!!! I highly recommend Tom- he will work very hard for you.
