This was the best travel agent that I have ever dealt with in life. I am 40 years old and had never been out of town before or been on a airplane. this agent made everything so comfortable for me as far as planinng it for me and making sure I didtn have any layovers on my flight due to this was my first flight. she booked us in a beuatiful resort in florida that was just like being at home with your washer and dryer. we went to flordia ufortanately during the hurrican fay and our trip was a disaster it rained all 5 days that we planned our trip, marylynn felt so bad for me with all the planning she had did for us and it being my first trip that she offered me a resort in Las vegas for 4 days in a presidnetal suite. Wow now how can you top that. she is just the most caring person I have ever met online and so understanding. I would refer her to anyone. I was afraid of doing this online travel thing because of scams and people taking your money and running off, she assured me that she would not do that and everything that she did she emailed me a receipt for so professional. That helped ease my doubts due to she lived in a totally different state from me. Thank you travelocity for having marylynn on your site. I feel like she is a part of the family because she had so much concern for how my trip went. she called us once we checked in to make sure everything was ok and called us in the middle of the week to make sure we were ok during the storm of hurricane Fay and to see how our trip was coming along. thanks again for referring such a lovely and professional travel agent. hi my name is marylynn and i have only been in the industry for a year now. i have many years experience though booking travel seeing as i have been doing it for myself and for friend's and family for 5 yrs now. the area's that i specialize in are walt disney world and las vegas. i took a home based travel agengy course and decided to join the industry because i love to travel and i want to help plan my client's vacation's so that they have the best time while on vacation and i want to help them in planning their trip so they have all the knowledge and information up front so they don't get any surprises. i have had many successful trip's that my client's have taken and they are willing to book with me again they said what a wonderful time they had and they especially like'd how i called to follow up with them to make sure their trip was going as planned i also have gotton letter's of recommendation from them. i think what make's me unique is that i follow through with my client's to make sure they are 100% happy and i like to provide excellent customer service to my client's if their not happy i'm not happy and i will do what it take's to make them happy and keep booking with me for years to come. i think my client's should book with me because i pay attention to all the detail's and i'm very attentive to all their need's and i keep in touch with my client's to make sure their trip is going as planned and i also provide a list of thing's to see and do at no charge to my client's in the destination's they are traveling to.
