About Me:
My name is Arlinda Swartzlander and I have lived and traveled all over the globe. I have lived a year in England and worked at British Air. I have traveled as a family with kids and as Grand parent. I have done family travel. I have done wedding for my daughters and family and friends. My niche is I design travel for what you are looking for and most times have been there myself. I work with company's that have been in business for a long time and watch out for you by making sure you are getting what you want. I walk you through your whole trip and call back after you came back to make sure you had a fantastic time.
If you should have problems on your trip I am there to try to help fix it. I make calls personally to the hotels ,airlines and any other person I deal with to make sure you are going to get what you ask for. I talk to the people that is charge not a internet travel service.
I have worked with the elderly and know what to ask when planning for a seniors trip to make sure there trip is what they want and is comfortable.I have even helped a son that was sending his parents home and didn't know how to make them comfortable while flying at the airport. Not all airlines offer pillows and blankets still. Seniors with oxygen can travel but need special care.
I still believe personnel attention to details is more important then just pointing and clicking on a vacation on the internet and when dealing with people they deserve to have a fantastic trip an be treated like Queens and kings.
I have traveled to Alaska and know it well. I know all the cruise lines that cruise the area and ask a lot of question to make sure you are aware what's out there and not settle for less. I have met with the hotels and people of Alaska that offer different services. People can even rent a camper and travel that way. I have fishing charters that offer you great fishing opportunities or sight seeing tours. If you would like to hunt I even know hunting opportunities that offer great service. I have spent a lot of time meeting the people to make sure I could design a trip no matter what a client wanted.
I have traveled to Thailand this last year and visited Bangkok and Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai . I met with hotels and even did one of my bucket list and that was to ride on a Elephant on his neck not in a chair. There trunks are soft and feel nice to touch. I even met some important people there to help me get my clients the best that Thailand has to offer. If you would like a great vacation on very little money Thailand is great to visit and spend time there not only for the temples but the great service and value of your money. One American dollar is 10 baht in Thailand money..
My husband and I travel the Parks of the US and I always find it interesting to back pack and hike through them or just ride through them. Depending on your mode of travel you can even bike through them. I never realized how many parks we have until my husband introduced them to me. Each one is is interesting and has there own unique past to it and why it became a park.
I have traveled by train across the US and it is strange that you can still travel to a lot of places by train. Even in Europe you can travel by train. As a child you are excited to be on a train as you get older unless you truly like them they can be noisy and uncomfortable for long periods of time. There are a few trains that are made for passengers and are nice to travel by, it is hard to tell until you ride one for yourself.
I am a Sandals Specialist even to a destination wedding. Sandals is all inclusive and a vacation out of the ordinary if you like great service and a great spot to relax and never have to take your wallet out after paying for what you want. I just came back from the Whitehouse in Jamaica and saw 2 to three wedding a day while I was there. The food was fantastic, the drinks were everywhere and the people could not do enough for you. They even had a bakers shop where you could get named coffee inside and fresh baked goods first thing in the morning. Some Sandals has free golfing and free scuba diving what a great way to vacation. When I asked the new weds what they liked about the Whitehouse they said all of it. You can even get a his and hers spa treatment.
Beaches that is owned by Sandals is also a great place to take the kids and your family and you can even have a destination wedding there to . The kids can now learn to scuba dive and all the children activities are geared to ages of the children. While the parents want to vacation so can the children. It is like having a vacation with in a vacation and the children I saw loved having there own vacation without there parents. Beaches has a special children's boat geared to the children with safety nets on the sides of the boats to make sure the children don't fall off. They can learn to snorkel. They have another program that is new and that is scratch , where they learn to take a record and do the new thing is scratch and play it and they have great prizes for the ones that do a great job. The children's has there own area to party away from the adults and it is geared to there likes. When I was there it felt that the kids were having there own great holiday and coming home to the parent rooms at night.
The parents could do what they like all day but still know the kids are having a great time too. When you go home all is happy with there own idea of fun.
I know Maine and lived there most of my life due to the cold I live in NJ now. I love Maine still and they have great camping,fishing,hiking. Schooners to sail with. Depending what you are looking for I can find it and I know the people by name. Whether it is with a guide or traveling on your own I can design a Fantastic Maine trip.
I even know the cruise line that has a very nice cruise over the Rockland Lobster festival. Thousand of people from all over the world goes to Maine during this time.
I know Florida and Disney all the parks because I have taken my own children and Grand kids there. Depending what you are looking for I know the better way to get it.I go down every year and spend time enjoying the parks but also meeting the hotels and the people that run them so when my clients go down I know they will be treated right. The only way to to know the parks is by being there and experiencing it yourself. You can even get married in Disney
I have lived and traveled all over Wyo. and know it well. In the end of July every year Cheyenne has a fantastic Rodeo that this year Kenny Chesney will be playing on July 24 and 25th. Cheyenne frontier Days.My picture shows me first and the girl behind is my daughter. I have even design a great horseback riding vacation.
My next place I plan to visit is Australia and I have been calling and doing a lot of research on it. I know some places you can't go unless you are with a tour. Depending what you are looking for Australia has it all. History, wine tours beaches,scenic places and a great opera.
It is hard to write about every place I have been but as you can see I research by being there.
