I'm SO overdue on this. Analia helped plan my honeymoon to Argentina in August 2009. My husband and I were AMAZED by the care she put into the itinerary and how perfectly our trip suited us. Analia was extremely knowledgeable. She responded to our questions and concerns immediately. She followed up with us during the trip. She was always pleasant and did not get flustered or upset if we changed plans. Our trip was very complicated with many people coming and going at different times, she kept the whole trip organized with spreadsheets etc. Overall I would recommend her highly and will use her again.

I wanted to visit the Inca city of Machu Picchu. I had numerous avenues but I chose to go with Analia Rupar-Przebiada from Eureka Travel, she also arranged for all the flights. It was the right decision. The whole thing went excellently. In Valparaiso, we were picked up by a very knowledgeable guide Alexandro who after a great tour of Valparaiso took us to Santiago and after the tour delivered us to the airport, promptly. He was our kind of a guide. In Lima, we were again picked up, this time by Patrick, a pleasant young guy. The Hotel Hacienda was good, where we were greeted with that welcoming local drink of Pisco Sour. Then to Cusco. What a town! The hotel, that we had checked in, was new and very comfortable. I was somewhat apprehensive. Until this trip, I had never booked a vacation without knowing the travel agent personally (let alone on-line). Well, I can categorical say that Analia and Eureka, did a superb job. Everything worked out like a Swiss watch (something perhaps a bit difficult to do in South America). Everybody who handled us in so many different locations were very professional and pleasant. Although we had numerous activity points, flights, hotels, nowhere your representatives left us hanging. This was on a scale of 1-5, a "5", being the best.

A brief history of the company:

The idea for Eureka Travel was born in early July 2004 during one of our trips with my husband. We talked about having my own travel agency. Few weeks later on my birthday he told me he had reserved the domain for me on the web and the rest is history.
I always loved the idea of preparing trips together with the client, customizing it to his or her own unique needs. A project, which started solely on a basis of mouth-to-mouth referral, had finally taken off in the form of a travel agency that stands for personalized and reliable service.
We have been in business since September 2006.

1. The fact that I was born and raised in Buenos Aires, lived and studied in northern Patagonia and extensively traveled to many parts of Argentina. I am fluent in Spanish and English.

2. My husband and I return to South America each year not only to see my family but also continue to do research on traveling to new and exciting places in Argentina as well as Chile, Peru and Bolivia. We attend new venues for tango shows, visit upcoming restaurants and hotels, meet the guides and take adventure tours. After each trip I feel that I can then confidently pass along my tips and experiences to my clients.

3. I have worked in travel industry since 1996 and over the years have developed personal relationships with many local suppliers and tour companies who in turn are specialists in their regions.

4. Unlike other generalist companies that offer trips all over the world, we are specializing in one region. We offer more than just travel arrangements. We offer the South American experience with insights to language, culture and unique ways of life.

5. We are a full service agency. A one stop for all your traveling needs. Whether you need only a connecting flight or one night in a hotel or multiple trip arrangements including transportation, guides, local excursions, expert recommendations, flights and travel insurance we are able to provide all these services.

6. We do not offer a cookie cutter approach to our trips. We are highly aware that no two travelers have the same needs and interests. Each trip is customized based on the input from the client, their budget and time constraints.
