Bob was truly amazing. I felt like he was a life long friend by the time we took our vacation. I can't even count the number of times that phoned or emailed me to answer questions or follow up on details. He treats you like a VIP no matter how much you spend or how much business is involved. I would trust Bob with every detail of any trip I take in the future. He took all the worry and uncertainty out of making reservations that I was finding very difficult as an individual. He also made sure I as getting the best price possible which made our travel dollars go further. For peace of mind and a good deal, Bob Targen is the BEST!

Can't speak highly enough of Bob Targan. Not only is he a fantastic travel agent, but by the end of his very personalized and expert service, we are proud to call him a friend. His knowledge of and contacts in the Middle-East are without equal. He was able to take our initial (uneducated request) and through his deep knowledge of the region and frequent follow-up with us; create the trip of a life-time. Not only did he work to plan the trip, he was a resource for us during and after the trip. He was even able to get us a partial refund from his Jordanian partner that, through no fault of Bob's, was unable to provide the level of accommodations requested. In his trip planning, everything was taken into account: Budget, Motivation for travel (history/ faith), Requested destinations, Mode of travel (private tour/ independent travel), Family travel (we have an eight year old), Schedule, Safety & Travel insurance. We would recommend Bob Targan to anyone.

Bob was the most responsive of the three. He was always available. I got a little worried when he didn't know what an ADR was (in regards to WDW, that's important) but he is the agent I eventually went with, and I'm happy with my decision.

Bob had a great personality but I felt he was too aggressive in trying to make a sale. I felt very pressured to make a decision. He confirmed a cruise package that he placed on hold with his credit card without receiving a confirmation from me. I was shocked when I received his email stating that I was confirmed!! I wanted to purchase a vacation package but certainly not within 5 hours of our first phone call. His phone calls were too frequent and became overwhelminng and annoying!!!
