Ken Murray responded within minutes of my request on Tripology and within hours was able to provide a airline schedule for the trip which immediately eased our minds. We provided feedback which required him to revamp most of the original flights and he responded quickly and professionally. We would be thrilled to use his services and would expect any others doins so would be extremely pleased. For us the fact that we were able to converse by telephone as well as our emails made us feel very comfortable.
