The approximately 2 weeks trip to Morocco, arranged by Annie Collins, met my expectations and more--- from the travel companionship with her and the rest of the travelers, to the knowledgeable and competent country hosts and excellent driver, the accommodations, over-all itinerary, and value for the money--I'd rate this travel agency at the very top!

Annie was very helpful and informative. She provided a variety of options. The only reason I did not choose Annie is because an agent local to me suggested the Food Network Tour of Italy. While I did not ask Annie for information on a tour package, this did end up being the best solution and was a wonderful trip.

There are subtle differences. Peter is willing to price everything out and was very personable. Anni said that her Agency will do only a total package price, but not itemization. she was very convincing about her knowledge of the area we want. Gabriella is from Milan. She only handles the car rental, hotel, and tour ticketing-no airfares. All 3 very helpful.

Though we have thus far only communicated via email, the info has been detailed and very helpful. They seem to have a very good idea of how much independence vs. assistance we want and have planned an itinerary that reflects that. Though it is too far out to get prices, we are leaning slightly toward their proposal (altho another agent is still in the running). At any rate, our initial impression is good.

Disappointing. Her initial quote was really high 2,700 pp 9 nights, no air. After attempting to make changes to her itinerary it seemed she lost interest. Waited almost 4 days for a revised itinerary and then it didn't reflect our new travel dates and was basically the same itinerary.
