I was a little apprehensive when I first decided to try Tripology. We are well traveled and usually arrange our trips by ourselves, buy for our trip to the Greek Islands, we needed expert help. After my first phone conversation with Fatima, I felt comfortable that I had found the right agent. As planning for the trip evolved, she always had the right mix of information and advice, while balancing our wants and wishes with all the options available to us. Her friendly and relaxed manner was authentic and made for easy conversation. In fact my wife had conversations with her that sounded like old friends talking. Fatima actually went to Greece a few weeks before we did and stayed at some of the places she had recommended to us, and was able to give us the most detailed information possible. But she was even more valuable to us during the trip. Whenever there was a problem at the airport and with transfers (and this always occurs on long trips with many destinations), we called Fatima to make her aware and she always leapt into action making sure we got to where we were supposed to get to. Some of these calls were made to her during the middle of the night, and there was never a complaint or mention of the time. Her response always was not to worry, she will make sure every thing is taken care of correctly, and it was. It is a big deal to know that when you are traveling somewhat off the beaten path that there is someone who is ALWAYS available should there be a problem. After the trip was completed, we felt as if not only do we have a superagent but also a new friend that we will stay in touch with. And-- we are already planning our next trip with her. Drs. Fatima has been excellent in every way. She responded to me quickly and is very nice. Also not pushy. She keeps things moving at a pace that's good for me and my life schedule. I like that. Also she is very knowledgable overall. The place I want to go is not ordinary. Most people have never heard of it. She had though and had tons of info for me beyond just booking a flight. I could write good things about her all day. She's awesome. Period.
