Loretta was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was very responsive and a great listener. She understood very quickly the type of trip we were interested in taking to France. Her attention to detail was excellent, as we had every detail worked out and didn't have to worry about anything. Our trip was logistically tricky since we wanted to rent a car one way and drive for several days. She handled the details of the car perfectly. One of our day-trips had a miscommunication with timing (not Loretta's fault), so we were unable to actually take that trip. However, Loretta was very proactive in getting us a refund for the missed trip after we came back to the US. That showed great dedication since she helped us a lot after the trip was over. Overall, I'd strongly recommend working with Loretta to plan your trip. Again, the attention to detail was all the difference.

She made sure that everything was perfect. She let us know things that may be helpful(ex: Punching our tickets at the train station). Best travel agent I ever worked with. She put all of our vouchers and tickets in a bound book. She also made handy little books for helpful hints and coupons. She also gave us things like ponchos, tissues and travel items that you may not think of. She also gave choices. We told her where we wanted to go and she gave us all options available. Very cheap. We checked three other agents and she got us a good deal. She saved us about $600. She even took email while we were in Italy. She responded quickly. She was good about giving sugestions. She is also well traveled.
