Loretta did a wonderful job planning our honeymoon in Italy. She was very knowledgeable and took care of all of the details, allowing us to relax and enjoy our vacation. Can't recommend her enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed our trip--even our elementary school age children who didn't want to go on the trip to begin with, want to go back to Europe again! Loretta proved to be an expert in all facets of our travel to Italy. I was a complete novice when it came to European travel and Loretta planned the perfect Italian vacation and cordinated everything to perfection. Most of my correspondence has been with Loretta for a couple of reasons. 1. She responded immediately with a list of questions that gave her detailed information about what I was looking for, and 2. even though she said she would get back to me in a few days, she again responded immediately with personal information as to her knowledge of the area and what her role would be for me. She has been very helpful and professional. I have continued dealing with her because she has a great deal of expertise with the countries that I want to visit and is able to give me good advice. Her first comunication with me gave very clear information what what she could do for me and what information she needed from me. She was very well organized and did everything necessary to make my trip enjoyable and relatively problem free.
