When we get the initial request,
1. I immediately send an email thanking the clients for the request
2. I give them “a little bit about us”
3. I offer a short sentence about where they want to go
4. I ask them to email their phone number so we can schedule a call to discuss their options personally
5. If the lead contains a phone number, I call “right away”! (don’t wait, there might be others also contacting the clients)
Always remember to:
• Be friendly and courteous! Build a relationship!
• Get answers to the “potential client” as quickly as possible!
• Stay with it “until they say book” [or say no].
• Don’t take it personally, this is a business."
