Comment: I specialize in destination wedding, reunion, high school , college and family reunions from 2 to 200. My favorite cruise group was the high school reunion Iplanned for 20 of my high school friends and their spouses. We came into New York early. We stayed in Westchester county where WestPoint is and the home of Rip Van Winkle. Our first stop was Boston, and we explored such historic places as the JFK Library, the Adams house and Salem, home of the witch trials. There is so much to do in Boston that it takes several visits to really get the most out of this city. The most fun stop on this city was Salem, seeing a reproduction of the witch trials and going to the witch museum. I even bought a sweat shirt with a witch on a broom to take home with me. A stop in Boston would not be complete without a sample of chowder and a lobster tail, yummy! Halifax is an intriguing city with it's hills, many plazas and it's connection to the Titantic. People in Halifax were instrumental in the rescue and burial for the passengers on that doomed ship! We went to see the changing of the guard at the fort and the men were in kilts. In Sydney Nova Scotia, we did a tour of the Jewish synagogues and museum. They even threw in a cook book! If you are a devotee of telephones, don't miss the Alexander Graham Museum right outside of the city limits.! After dinner, we would go to a Motown show, dancing just like in high school, participate in karaoke and walking around the deck. All too soon, the five days were over but instead of high school acquaintances we had become lifelong friends. You can't put a price on an experience like that.
