Detailed Travel Service Description

The Royal Bahamian! We arrive in Nassau early in the morning, get on our bus and head for the resort. This resort has an unique feature. If you book a butler service room, when you get out of the airport, there is a Rolls Royce waiting to whisk you away to the resort; what a way to get married or start your romantic honeymoon and your new life together! We get off the bus and walk through the different villages and restaurants taking in the French Architecture of the reservations only evening restaurant in place to be! The rooms and suites are so spacious. The pool is set up to face the ocean and you feel as if the pool is part of the ocean with its turquoise water and blue skies facing you. After visiting the villages and the restaurants and pools, we head down to the marina to board our ferry for The Royal Bahamian’s own private island. We board the ferry to music and travel to the island as the ocean breezes caress our faces and cool us down! We reach the island, get off and walk down to the beach where a gourmet buffet and a band are set up to await our approval. We sit on chairs at tables in the sand under a canopy, eating our buffet of shrimp, curried lamb and lobster. There is a spa on the island and a restaurant at night! To sample the spa services we have 2 minute teaser massages available on the beach along with a place to change into our bathing suits and get into the ocean or just sit on a lounge with our bare feet in the sand. All too soon, it is 2 pm and time to get back on the ferry and go home. We board our ferry, to more music and great ice cream; as if we needed more food and think about our great afternoon in the sun as we head back to the resort to get back on our bus and go back to the airport. The weekend has ended all too soon and given us great memories and new friends to take home.
