Come Cooking in Tuscany with renowned Chef Giuseppe as he guides you in the country as well as in the kitchen to learn the fine art of preparing Tuscan Cuisine. Chef Giuseppe, a.k.a. "The Tuscan Cook" , has been surrounded by good food from birth, born at his grandfather's ancient olive mill not far from the town of Montecatini Terme in Tuscany. His family's mill and the small farms of the nearby countryside provided the best schooling possible for this Master Chef. He has designed three fabulous programs based in carefully selected locations in and around Tuscany to offer the utmost in experiencing the fantastic foods and fine wines of this magnificent region. These programs are available from April through November and are a wonderful addition to any Italian vacation. Custom packages can be designed for individuals and small groups upon request.
