You can opt for a cooking class, any day of the week, and or wine tastings on a Sunday or Monday of your trip week(s). There is a village close by to visit and meet the locals. You will have a estate pool to swim in and enjoy, as well as the winery, gardens and more. The pictures and memories you will absorb, not to mention first class food and wine, will last you for many many years, and you will return for anniversaries in the future. This villa for two is available year round, however, off season (spring and fall) are better times cost wise.
