Trip Itinerary

Day 1 - Delhi

 
Arrive Delhi.

Traditional welcome on arrival at Delhi international airport by representative that transfers you to your hotel.

Day 2 - Delhi

 
Historical and Educational Tours

Breakfast at the hotel. Then enjoy a guided tour of historic city of Delhi. The tour includes the magnificent Red Fort, the Jama Masjid, one of Asia's largest mosques, and the Rajghat, the memorial to Mahatma Gandhi.

Sightseeing

Afternoon tour of New Delhi which includes a visit to Humanyun's Tomb, Birla Mandir (Laxmni Narayan temple), Bahai Temple (Lotus Temple), Qutab Minar and a drive through India Gate and the President's House.

Evening, see Son-et-Lumerie at Red Fort.

Day 3 - Jaipur

 
Delhi - Jaipur (260km / 5hrs).
Private Car Service

After breakfast, drive to Jaipur - 'The Pink City' by aircon deluxe car, founded in the late 19th century. Passing through the countryside on National Highway 8.

On arrival, check-in to hotel.

Later, proceed for half day guided city tour including City Palace, Hawa Mahal (Wind Palace), Astronomical Observatory (Jantar Mantar) etc.

Evening, enjoy a drive around the local streets of Jaipur in the car.

Day 4 - Jaipur

 
Sightseeing

After breakfast, guided excursion to Amber Fort - the ancient capital of the state until 1728. Ascend the fort on a gaily-decorated elephant back. Experience the kingly palace buildings.

Evening free for wandering around the bazaars where one can choose from precious gems to variety of handicrafts.

Day 5 - Agra

 
Jaipur - Agra (240km / 4.5 hrs).
Historical and Educational Tours

After breakfast drive to Agra, the city of world famous 'Taj Mahal' - 7th Wonder of the world. Enroute visit Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary, option to enjoy boat ride here & further drive to Fatehpur Sikri, (25 kms/45 mins) the deserted capital built by Akbar, which was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. See Darbar-e-Aam, Palaces, Panch Mahal and Taansen Seat etc, guided by professional English speaking guide.

Day 6 - Delhi

 
Sightseeing

Dawn view of Taj Mahal built by Emperor Shahjehan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. One can enjoy one of the best views of the Taj Mahal in less crowded and budding sun-light. Later visit the 16th century Agra Fort (Red Fort) containing the halls of private. Afternoon drive back to Delhi via Sikandra Fort.

Later, transfer to international airport for flight to onward destination.
