We invite you to experience an utterly unforgettable time Buenos Aires and Carmelo!
Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - Buenos Aires
Arrival in Buenos Aires.
Arrive in Ezeiza airport. Airport reception upon arrival and transfer to the Four Seasons Hotel.
Relaxation
Relax for a while, before visiting the guilded spots of the city, in the company of your local guide - a History and Architecture specialist.
Sightseeing
You'll visit some of the most traditional neighborhoods, such as Congreso, Puerto Madero, Centro, Recoleta, as well as emblematic buildings, avenues, monuments, museums, and theatres which define the city’s unique atmosphere. Enjoy this afternoon at leisure.
Performing Arts
You'll enjoy a fabulous dinner, while watching a unique tango performance this evening!
Day 2 - Buenos Aires
Day trip to a privately-owned estacia.
Private Tour
After a delicious breakfast, your host wil meet you at the hotel, to accompany you on a day trip to a privately-owned estacia, where you will immerse in the Argentinean countryside traditions. Other activities include, hiking, bird watching, riding on horseback, or simply relaxing in a frame of wonderful, natural landscapes.
While you are there, you will interact with the owners of this lovely estancia (so that they can tell you about it) and enjoy an outdoor asado (Argentinean BBQ) with fresh salads and local wines. (B,L)
Day 3 - Argentina
La Boca + Puerto Madero.
Sightseeing
You will enjoy this morning at leisure. During afternoon hours, you will visit La Boca. With it's multi-coloured houses and sidewalk cafes, this neighborhood is full of character and represents an important part of Buenos Aires' history. For a while, you'll walk around, take some photos, and watch street Tango, which is considered by the locals “the real thing”. Street Tango is danced by naturals who are passionate about it!
Museums
Later, you'll visit the Boca Juniors' stadium, where famous Maradona began his soccer career and went on to take his place among the most popular men in the history of sports. You'll have time to make a stop at the museum there, where youll be given a short speech about this Argentine icon.
On the way back to your hotel you'll stop for cocktails or tea in Puerto Madero, a fine neighborhood on the waterfront. Puerto Madero was chosen by famous designer-Phillipp Stark for his first Latin American venture, which includes condo developments, restaurants, parks, and the Faena Hotel & Universe - a mecca for local and international rock stars and artists.
Sightseeing
While in Puerto Madero, you'll visit the rose gardens, and the Woman's Bridge, famous for its towering peak.
Day 4 - Argentina
Living like the locals.
Don't have breakfast- discover the cafe society! Your host will meet you this morning, and take you have a coffee and a "tostado" (a delicious and light Argentine sandwich) in a typical Argentine cafe, where writers such as Borges, and local artists have spent lots of their time.
Sightseeing
During afternoon hours you'll go to Palermo. You can't leave town without going to this vibrant neighborhood, where you'll find a diversity of restaurants, beautiful boutique shops, leather venues, shoes to die for (both, men's and lady's shoes) and modern objects, aside from bookshops, vintage places, etc. First, you'll have lunch in Olsen, then, you'll have plenty of time to take a walk, appreciate the architecture, the little, hidden streets, shop, etc.

You'll be back to the hotel early in the evening.(BL)
Day 5 - Argentina
Yachting or sailing day in the De la Plata River.
Sailing
Your friendly captian will pick you up at the hotel and take you on a sailboat or a yatch, where you will experience the magnitude of the De la Plata River and appreciate the city from a distance. On board, you'll be pampered with champagne, soft drinks, or wine and carefully selected cheeses/otherthings to bite on. You may also decide you want to try some water sports. The peace and beauty of the river at sunset will prove to be the day's highlight. You'll be back at the hotel early in the evening.
Day 6 - Argentina
Tango lessons.
Relaxation
Morning & Afternoon: at leisure.
Performing Arts
Prepare your Tango shoes. During afternoon hours, your host will meet you at the lobby and take you to your first Tango lesson. There, you will be guided by proffessionals that will teach you how to dance. If you are alone, you'll be provided with dance partners that will soon get your legs moving in the right direction! Not easy, but fun.
Hotel
You'll be back at the Hotel at a decent hour. Have a good night.
Oh!, didn't have enough? Ok, then it's time to sneak in a real local “milonga”, where tango lovers go dancing and this could be your chance to try your new steps.
Day 7 - Argentina
Estancia Day + Polo.
Sporting Events
Polo Lifestyle. Today, you'll enjoy insider’s access to the Polo Lifestyle, your local host will accompany you to one of the country's most traditional polo clubs, where you will meet the “Profetas” (Polo Pros) and the grooms, take polo lessons, and/or watch an exciting practice.
You'll have a delicious lunch while you are there.
Day 8 - Argentina
Experiencing the nightlife.
Relaxation
To start the day, take some time to enjoy the pool, while zipping on your cold drink.
If you start to feel bored or useless, just give us a call and we'll provide you with tips on how to best spend this day.
Nightlife
For this evening? You'll have priority reservations at a fabulous restaurant with good music and a nice crowd. Then, you'll head to the best bar/club/theatre for particular night.
Day 9 - Argentina
Tour San Telmo.
Spa/Wellness
You'll be waking up late, for sure. Take it easy and go straight to the hotel’s spa for an invigorating massage.
Sightseeing
You'll visit San Telmo neighborhood later, where you'll be able to walk through the famous street market and enjoy a wonderful afternoon in this beautiful spot. Loads of antiques, a variety of artists, sidewalk cafes, vintage clothes stores, and art exhibitions make San Telmo the best place to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Back to the hotel in the afternoon. (B)
Day 10 - Uruguay
Carmelo - Uruguay.
Commercial Flight
Morning pick up, and transfer to the airport to catch your flight (almost straight!).
Relaxation
your bi-level suite in the Four Seasons luxury resort of Carmelo (Uruguay), because we like you and we want you to enjoy a couple of oh-so-very-relaxing days in this paradise. Once in the hotel, after a 15' flight you'll be able to relax and feel super happy. Won't tell you more... experince it! Beach, pool, spa, golf, and very good service.
Day 11 - Carmelo

Relaxation
Carmelo - Uruguay: more magic! Do what ever you want!
Day 12 - Buenos Aires
Fly back home.
