Upon arrival transfer to harbor to catch a boat cross to Komodo island.

Food and Dining

Lunch will be provided.

Sailing

After boating for approximately 4 hours, we will arrive at Komodo island in the early evening.

Bed & Breakfast

Dinner and overnight on board or at Ranger's house.

Hiking

Early breakfast on board, start your trekking, walking through the typical dry forest to explore the Komodo dragon, island itself, wild animals and various species of tropical birds.

Adventure

You may see wild buffalo, deer and boar. Keep your eyes looking for above as sometime you will find the young Komodo dragon are on the trees. A local ranger will lead you to enter this nature preservation.

Sailing

Return to boat and sail back to Labuan Bajo.

En route visit Cara village where one can witness Lingko – the spider web shaped rice fields.

Ruteng is a small town in the backbone of Flores and neighbor to the Ruteng Nature Conservation Park - the home of Ngkiong - the endemic singing birds. It is worth to visit the Park early in the morning to attend the nature’s concert of singing birds (if no rain and strong wind). There is also a new volcano in the park. Take your chance to have a closer look into it.

Sightseeing

Drive afterwards to Bajawa with beautiful panoramic views. Take your chance for photo stops. The first stop will be at Ranamese –a crater lake with cloud forest.

Afternoon visit Naru village with huge megalithic monuments and Wogo one of the big traditional village of Ngadha ethnic.

Hotel

Overnight at Wisma Kembang or similar.

Shopping

Visit the morning market of Bajawa then visit Ngada village in Langa and Bena which are beautifully located at the slope of volcanoes.

Sightseeing

Then drive to Boawae – a village belongs to Nagekeo ethnic which is guarded by an ever smoking volcano of Ebulobo.

Beach

Proceed afterwards to Ende with another stop at Penggajawa beach – where people collecting blue gravel for interinsuler trading.

Upon arrival in Ende visit the Exile House of Mr Sukarno – the world famous Indonesian Founding Father. Lunch in Ende.

Afternoon visit to Wolotopo, a typical coastal settlement of Lio ethnic with animistic shrine and Ikat weaving. Drive towards Nuabosi until reach the vantage point to enjoy an aerial view of Ende town which is fortified with volcanoes and beautifully located in the south coast of Flores.

Early morning drive up to the three colored lake of Kelimutu, one of the Indonesia's most mysterious and dramatic sights. The three lakes, set in deep craters at a height of 1,600m. Down to Moni for breakfast, then continue to Maumere with stop at Lio hill tribes of Jopu and Ranggase, offers fine Ikat weaving, then the village of Wolowaru.
