Day 1 - Darwin
This afternoon, take a tour of the highlights of Darwin and visit the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.
Later, join your Tour Director for a welcome drink. (D)
Stay at Darwin Central Hotel (ST).
Day 2 - Katherine
Darwin - Nitmiluk National Park - Katherine.
Stop at the Adelaide River War Cemetery, then on to Nitmiluk National Park.
Enjoy a cruise on Katherine Gorge, as the walls reflect the colors of the afternoon sun. (B,D)
Stay at Paraway Motel (ST).
Day 3 - Kununurra
Katherine - Lake Argyle - Kununurra.
This morning, visit the historic Durack Homestead. Then travel to Lake Argyle, Australia’s largest manmade lake.
River or Barge Cruise
Next, board a cruise along the Ord River to picturesque Kununurra, watch for wildlife along the way. (B,D)
Stay at Country Club Hotel (ST).
Day 4 - Kununurra
A tour shows you the Ord River Irrigation Scheme, Hidden Valley National Park and Kelly’s Knob Lookout. (B,D)
Day 5 - Kununurra
Kununurra - Wyndham - El Questro Ranch.
Travel to Parry Lagoon Nature Reserve to see the birdlife of this region and learn about traditional lifestyles. Continue to Wyndham and stop at the Five Rivers Lookout for the panoramic view.
Next, visit Warriu Park to see the Dreamtime Statues and rock art. This afternoon, travel to the outback station of El Questro. (B,D)

Day 6 - Australia
Small Ship or Yacht Cruise
Enjoy a cruise through the wilderness of Chamberlain Gorge, only accessible by boat.
This afternoon is at leisure. You can relax by the pool and catch up on your postcards. For the energetic, hike to Emma Gorge for a swim. (B,D)
Day 7 - Halls Creek
El Questro Ranch - Halls Creek.
Visit the Lirrgarn Argyle Diamond Mine, the largest in the world. Take a guided tour of the mine and see the diamond display.
Then continue on to the township of Halls Creek. (B,L,D)
Stay at Kimberley Hotel (T).
Day 8 - Fitzroy Crossing
Halls Creek - Geikie Gorge Cruise - Fitzroy Crossing.
River or Barge Cruise
Enjoy a cruise on the Fitzroy River, through ancient and spectacular Geikie Gorge. (B,L,D)
Stay at Fitzroy River Lodge (ST).
Day 9 - Broome
Fitzroy Crossing - Derby - Broome.
Travel to the port of Derby and see the famous Boab Prison Tree. Then, on to the tropical resort town of Broome. See Chinatown and Streeters Jetty, then the rest of the day is free. (B)
Stay at Cable Beach Club Resort (SF).
Day 10 - Broome
Today is at leisure to explore this tropical hideaway at your own pace. Take a stroll along the pristine sand and swim in the turquoise blue waters of Cable Beach.
Wander through Chinatown or shop for pearls.
At the end of the day sit back, relax and watch the spectacular sunset over the Indian Ocean. You might want to take a camel ride along Cable Beach (own expense). (B)
Day 11 - Port Hedland
Broome - Port Hedland.
Skirt the Great Sandy Desert, heading to Port Hedland, an important shipping outlet. (B,D)

Day 12 - Port Hedland
Port Hedland - Marble Bar - Karijini Nat’l Park.
Leaving Port Hedland, stop at Marble Bar, named after the bar of jasper crossing the Coongan River.
On to Karijini National Park and your eco-friendly retreat. (B,D)

Day 13 - Tom Price
Karijini Nat’l Park - Tom Price.
Discover spectacular Karijini National Park. Enjoy views of the breathtaking gorges, waterfalls and rock pools. Then continue on to Tom Price for a guided mine tour. (B,L,D)

Day 14 - Exmouth
Tom Price - Exmouth.
Your first stop today is a visit to Giralia Station, an area of outstanding biodiversity with many different species of flora and fauna.
Then travel to Exmouth, set on the boundary of Cape Range National Park and the Ningaloo Marine Park. (B,L,D)

Day 15 - Monkey Mia
Exmouth - Ningaloo Reef - Monkey Mia.
Travel to Coral Bay, a quaint seaside town and board a sub-sea viewer over Ningaloo Reef. Observe the abundance and variety of marine life that inhabits these tropical waters and marvel at the brilliant display of colorful coral formations.
Then, continue to Monkey Mia. (B,D)
Stay at Monkey Mia Dolphin Resort (ST).
Day 16 - Monkey Mia
This morning, interact with the bottlenose dolphins of Monkey Mia (subject to appearance).

Day 17 - Geraldton
Monkey Mia - Kalbarri - Geraldton.
Visit Hamelin Pool to see the stromatolites. Your next stop is at spectacular Shell Beach, made up of billions of shells.
Later, visit Kalbarri National Park for views over the Murchison River.
Stay at All Seasons Geraldton (ST).
Then, continue to the coastal town of Geraldton. (B,D)
Day 18 - Perth
Geraldton - The Pinnacles - Perth.
Travel to Nambung National Park and view the mystical Pinnacles. The Pinnacles are limestone foundations that were once piles of shells in an inland sea.
Food and Dining
Then on to Perth for a Farewell Dinner. (B,D)
Stay at Perth Travelodge (ST).
Day 19 - Perth
After breakfast, take a guided tour of the highlights of Perth.
Then, transfer to Perth Airport to connect with your onward flight. (B)
