Trip Itinerary
Day 1 - Rome
Arrival in Rome. Transfer and check in. Lunch at leisure. Afternoon orientation tour of central Rome.

Stay in a nice 4 star hotel, centrally located, walking distance to restaurants and evening strolling.
Historical and Educational Tours
This tour will include the Spanish Steps, one of Rome's most fascinating area, the main Fountain, with its lively atmosphere, the Pantheon, a great building from the Roman Times and used through the centuries, the Piazza with the Fountain of the Four Rivers by Bernini, a very traditional market square. Day 2 - Rome
Morning tour of the Colosseum and Forums. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 3 - Rome

Day 4 - Siena
Arrive in the Tuscan countryside!

A brief stop by a church to listen to live Gregorian chants will take you to different world. You will continue to your destination, traveling trough the wonderful landscapes of Southern valleys. Free time in a small town to walk through the small and characteristic streets. Arrival at final destination, the town with the most beautiful square in the world.

Day 5 - Siena
Visit of the city center in the morning and transfer to the a farmhouse in the late afternoon.

Morning guided visit to learn about this interesting and lively town, whose patron saint is Santa Caterina, responsible for bringing the Pope back to Rome from Avignon. Everywhere is the city you will see references to the Palio horse race, held twice a year on July 2nd and August 16th. Learn about the various factions, and their rivalries.

You will visit the city center and enjoy some amazing works by Angelico in the Diocesan museum, as well as the medieval architecture with narrow and steep streets on a hillside, and the view of the lower valley. There are also two major examples of Renaissance architecture. One is Santa Maria, built in 1554, and the Santa Maria of the Graces, built by Francesco Giorgio Martini, and famous for the Blessed Virgin Mary.
Cooking Classes
Enjoy a slow food cooking class with a great chef who will entertain you with his knowledge and candor. You will experience an authentic Tuscan dinner.
Day 7 - Florence
Transfer to Florence with visit of two medieval towns along the way.

The first one is listed as a World Heritage site and fascinates for its medieval look, its high towers create a unique skyline. Lunch will be served in a small and typical restaurant. The second town is considered one of most beautiful castle in the world. It was a station of standstill on the Francis Road, until the XI century, it was transformed it into an imposing Fortress to protect the northern boundary during the wars against Florence. Arrival in Florence and check in at hotel. Free time to explore the town. Overnight in Florence.

Day 8 - Florence
