French Polynesia is one of the most beautiful and unique destinations in the world. Each of the Society Islands are surrounded by coral creating natural lagoon and ideal for their over water bungalows. I spent 9 amazing days visiting Tahiti, Moorea, Raiatea, Taha'a, Vahine Island & Bora Bora. I visited and stayed at most of the top resorts and have personal relationships with the local tour operators. Trip Itinerary
Tahiti - Papeete
Tahiti - most of the locals live in Tahiti as it's the largest island. Your arrival into Tahiti will be in the evening from the U.S. so plan to stay at least the first night here. There is the local market which is great for souvenirs and other local items, as well as world-class resorts. My recommendation is staying 2 nights in Tahiti
Moorea - Moorea
Moorea - very beautiful island about 30 minute ferry from Tahiti. Views from Belvedere point and Magic Mountain are amazing showing both bays and beautiful lagoons. Moorea has many pineapple plantations and is the best i've ever eaten! I would suggest at least 2 days here!
Raiatea/Taha'a - Raiatea
Raiatea/Taha'a - very polynesian and secluded. If you want relaxation and beautiful scenery don't miss out on this island! Charter a catamaran for the day and see the beauty of Taha'a and Raiatea. Vanilla plantations, snorkeling/scuba and tranquility! Minimum 2 days!
Bora Bora - Bora Bora
Bora Bora - the most famous island will not disappoint! The beauty of the moutain and lagoon truely is unforgettable! World-class resorts, great snorkeling/scuba, and amazing beauty - don't miss out on Bora Bora!! Suggest 3 days here!
