Day 1 - United States
Day 1,September 16, 2012 Sunday: USA/London..Depart on an overnight Virgin Atlantic Airways to London, England.
Day 2 - Kenya
Day 2,September 17, Monday: London/Nairobi:..Arrive London Heathrow Airport in the morning. In the evening board Kenya Airways overnight flight to Nairobi. (Note: The layover at the airport may be long, thus may need a hotel dayroom to rest. Or you may opt to go to London a day earlier and overnight. To Africa Tours and Safari’s can assist you with hotel reservations in London)
Day 3 - Nairobi
Day 3, September 18, Tuesday: Arrive Nairobi...Arrive Nairobi in the morning. Arrive Nairobi in the morning. After going through immigration and customs, proceed to arrivals where you will be met by To Africa Tours and Safaris representative and transferred to the Norfolk Hotel. Check-in and freshen up and relax from the long flight. In the afternoon a trip to Giraffe Centre where you will have the opportunity to hand feed giraffes up close and person on a raised platform. (meals on your own today)

Day 4 - Kenya
Day 4, September 19, Wednesday: Sweetwater's/ Ol Pajeta Conservancy…… After breakfast depart Nairobi and proceed north, driving through lush tea and coffee estates to Sweetwater's Tented Camp. Sweetwater’s is located in Ol Pejeta Conservancy. Arrive in time for lunch. After lunch visit the Chimpanzee Sanctuary, a charming haven established by the Jane Goodall Institute to provide sanctuary to orphaned chimps, and the specially protected and fenced refuge of black rhino with its stunning forty specimens!After the game drive return to the camp for dinner. There is an optional night game drive (extra cost) after dinner.(Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Diner)

Day 5 - Kenya
Day 5,September 20, Thursday: Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club
After breakfast drive to Fairmont Mount Kenya Safari Club. Rest of the day at your leisure to enjoy the clubs various facilities. There are many recreational activities available: horseback riding, golf, croquet, a putting green, a bowling green, table tennis, swimming, a beauty salon, an animal orphanage. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 6 - Kenya
Day 6,September 21, Friday: Samburu Game Reserve … After breakfast drive further north to the semi-arid and rugged landscape of Samburu National Reserve (137 miles). Samburu takes its name from the nomadic tribe who live throughout this area. Shaba and Buffalo springs are also Samburu land. The Samburu have long used the waters of the Ewaso N'giro as a water source for their herds of goats, sheep and camels. In dry periods, they dig wells into the dry river bed, or take advantage of readymade wells dug by elephants. Traditionally the Samburu hold great respect for the wild animals with which they share this area. Optional visit to the Samburu village for cultural experience can be arranged. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 7 - Kenya
Day 7, September 22, Saturday: Samburu Game Reserve …...Early morning and late afternoon game-drives enable you to see wildlife unique to this arid yet beautiful part of Kenya. Optional activities include: guided nature walks and visit to samburu villages. Meal: breakfast, Lunch, dinner

Day 8 - Kenya
Day 8, September 23, Sunday: Masai Mara Game Reserve ……….. After and early morning game drive and breakfast you will say “kwaheri” (goodbye) to your driver/guide and board a light aircraft for your flight to Masai Mara National Reserve. In the late afternoon proceed on a game-drive through one of the world’s greatest game reserves. Masai Mara is an extension of the great Serengeti plains. The Mara has been called the Kingdom of Lions and these regal and powerful hunters dominate these grasslands. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 9 - Kenya
Day 9/10,September 24/25, Monday/Tuesday: Masai Game Reserve
Spend 2 full days in Mara. Awaken to the sounds of birds in these endless rolling plains dotted with acacia trees. The scheduled morning and afternoon game drives provide you with an excellent opportunity to photograph the abundant wildlife in this seemingly limitless game reserve. On one of the morning you may opt to go on the scheduled game drive or for optional an early morning hot air balloon safari (extra cost -$470.00 per person). Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 10 - Kenya
The balloon ride gives you a bird’s eye view of the Mara plains before landing for a champagne breakfast in the bush. For your game drive you depart from the lobby each morning at 6:30 am. Afternoon game drives depart at 3:30 pm. Game drives usually last 3 to 4 hours. In the mornings, you will return back in time for breakfast and in the evening, you will be back in time for dinner. Meals: breakfast, lunch, dinner

Day 11 - Kenya
After an early morning game drive, you will be transferred to the airstrip for a scheduled flight to Nairobi (maximum baggage allowance 33 pounds) the flight is approximately 1 hour. After the visit to the museum, proceed to the hotel to freshen up for your last dinner in Kenya, followed by a transfer to the airport for your Kenya Airways flight to London. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner
